2010 Kerr Reservoir Trip Results

The groups that attended this year's trip were:  Fred Lentz/Rick Lentz/Greg Lentz; Scott Bowen/Bill Ridel; Mike Miller Sr/Esteban Pafarias; Bill Duckardt/ Dennis Snyder/Jimmy Ohono; Jim Miller/Mark Edmeads; John Chattley; and Al Franchetta/Mike Franchetta.  On this trip we held two lunker contests and one five-bass contest.  In general the fishing was below par, with all of the boats getting a decent quantity of short fish, but few quality keepers.  The water level was 301 which is a couple of feet below the ideal level.  The weather was very warm with no rain during the entire trip.  The wind didn't kick up until late in the trip  The biggest bass brought in during one of the competitive sessions was a 3 lb 6 oz bass weighed in by Jimmy Ohono.  Fantastic group meals were hosted on the four evenings by four of the groups.
